Apr 11, 2023 - After a five-year hiatus, the Toronto Film Week was back last week with an eclectic line-up of indie films, and it is here to stay. Festival host and manager Maarten Cornelis was more than pleased with the comeback edition: "Toronto Film Week is back and we at Cinematory are so happy to be the new managers of this amazing event. This was its first edition since 2017 and what a sold out edition it was! We couldn't have been more happy with the turnout and the excitement for our 2023 selection. We are delighted to call the Fox Theatre our festival home and we'll be back next year for another free event filled with amazing films from across the world."
Chosen out of almost 1500 entries, this year's official selection featured 33 films from around the world. Toronto Film Week is pleased to share with you today the jury results for the 2023 awards:
